Term and Conditions :

• Rates are inclusive of applicable service charge & government tax.
• Up to 2 children under the age of 12 years (till 11.99) at check-in time can eat for free from the kids' menu when during with parents as  per the meal plan booked by the parents. In addition, 3rd child will be subject to a 50% discount on the above meal plan supplement and be entitled to the kids' menu.
• Room service or In-Villa Dining is not covered in any meal plan and is chargeable for all guests, including children and infants.
• Snorkeling gear is free of charge for all guests regardless meal plan.
• One meal plan must be selected per stay. All guests in one villa must be on the same meal plan .
• A-la-carts meal is served under meal plan are consist of one starter, one main course and one dessert unless buffet meals and otherwise stated  on menus.
• Meal plan commences with lunch service on the arrival day and finish with breakfast service on departure day.
• Breakfast time 07:00 - 10:30
• Lunch time 12:00 - 15:00
• Dinner time 19:00 - 22:00

 CHILDREN FREE STAY POLICY:

 ✓ maximum of 2 children under 12 years (till 11.99) stay for free when sharing the same bedroom with their parents or 2 adults. Up to two (2) extra beds are provided on a complimentary basis with the following bed set-up:

- 1BR Beach Categories: 1 Single Bed for 1st child + Sofa Bed converted into night bed for 2nd child.

- 1BR Water Villa with Pool: 1 Single Bed for 1st child + Normal Sofa for 2nd child

- 1BR Ocean Villa with Pool: 2 Single Beds for 2 children under 12 years (till 11.99)

 ✓ Up to 2 children under the age of 12 years (till 11.99) at the time of check-in, eat for free from kid’s menu when dining with parents as per the meal plan booked by the parents.

 ✓ 3rd child onwards will be subject to 50% discount on contracted extra person and meal plan supplements and entitled to kid’s menu.

 ✓ Green Tax $ 6 per child per night is charged extra on top of package rates, baby cot is free of charge for infants under 2 years (till 01.99).

• ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในอัตราที่สูง ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา
• ราคาข้างต้นคำนวณจากราคา และอัตราภาษีของประเทศมัลดีฟส์ ณ อัตราปัจจุบัน (GST และ ภาษีอื่นๆ) ซึ่งอาจมีการผันแปร หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงของรีสอร์ทได้

• มากกว่า 45 วัน ก่อนการเดินทาง : หักค่ามัดจำ 5,000 บาท ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
• 45 - 31 วัน ก่อนการเดินทาง : หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหม
• 30 วัน ก่อนการเดินทาง : เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
• ยกเลิกกะทันหัน หรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้
• ทั้งนี้บรษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิก หรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

• เอกสารประกอบการเดินทาง ใช้หนังสือเดินทางที่เหลืออายุการใช้งาน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน นับจากวันเดินทาง
• ราคานี้ใช้สำหรับผู้เดินทางพร้อมกันอย่างน้อย 2 ท่านขึ้นไป และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเท่านั้น

• อัตราค่าบริการคิดำนวณจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาในการกรณีที่มีการประกาศลดค่าเงินบาท หรืออัตราแลกเปลี่ยนได้ปรับขึ้นในช่วงใกล้วันเดินทาง
• หากท่านถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของประเทศนั้นๆปฏิเสธการเข้า - ออกเมือง ด้วยเหตุผลใดๆก็ตาม ถือเป็นเหตุผลซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนืออำนาจ และความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทฯ ทางบริษัทฯ ของสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่คืนเงินบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด
• บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่กองตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของไทยงดออกเอกสารเข้าเมืองให้กับชาวต่างชาติ หรือคนต่างด้าวที่พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย อำนาจสิทธิ์ขาดเป็นของกองตรวจคนเข้าเมือง
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น การยกเลิกหรือล่าช้าของสายการบิน เรือ รถไฟ อุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การนัดหยุดงาน การจลาจล หรือสิ่งของสูญหายตามสถานที่ต่างๆที่เกิดเหนืออำนาจการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ
• บริษัทฯ จะทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนในการเรียกร้องค่าชดใช้จากโรงแรม หรือบริษัทขนส่งเมื่อเกิดการสูญหายของสัมภาระระหว่างการเดินทาง แต่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายดังกล่าว
• ในระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวนี้ หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถเรียกร้อง ขอคืนค่าบริการได้
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการท่องเที่ยวตามความเหมาะสม และสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทฯ จะยึดถือและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยรวมถึงผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ
