- บริษัทฯจะทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนในการเรียกร้องค่าชดใช้จากโรงแรมหรือบริษัทขนส่ง เมื่อเกิดการสูญหายของสัมภาระระหว่างการเดินทาง แต่จะจไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายดังกล่าว
- ในระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวนี้ หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนถือว่าท่านสละสิทธ์ ไม่สามารถเรียกร้องขอคืนค่าบริการได้
- บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการท่องเที่ยวตามความเหมาะสม และสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ทั้งนี้ทาง บริษัทฯจะยึด ถือและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย รวมถึงผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของลูกค้าส่วนมาก
