• 45 – 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด 
• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาแพ็คเกจที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด 
• ยกเลิกกระทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทางตามความเหมาะสมโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 

• Daily Breakfast (07:30–10:30), Lunch (13:00–14:30), and Dinner (19:00–21:30) at Saima Restaurant for guests staying on Mabin Island, and at Vela Restaurant for guests staying on Dheru Island. 
• Casual Snack Day Menu – including burgers, nibbles, and ice cream, available from 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–19:00, served at Bonthi Bar, Thila Bar, and Nika Bar. 
• Dine Around Option – Guests are entitled to a 3-course lunch and a 3-course dinner once every 5 nights at one of the À la carte restaurants. (Pre-booking required and subject to availability.) 
• Dine Around in Buffet Restaurants – Available at Saima and Vela Restaurants (Pre-booking required).  
• Unlimited “All You Can Drink” alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at Bonthi Bar, Thila Bar, and Nika Bar from 08:00 to 01:00, including: 

• Minibar – Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, refilled once per day as per schedule: 

• One Sunset Dolphin Cruise, per stay. 
• Free use of the Fitness Centre, Tennis, and Padel Tennis courts (equipment not included). 
• Free use of the Golf Course and Driving Range (equipment included). 
• Free use of Table Tennis, Billiards, and Football Grounds (equipment included). 
• Free use of bicycles during the stay (Jawa Kids bicycles are not included). 
• Free use of snorkeling equipment.  
• One 30-minute group golf driving range lesson (equipment included, as per schedule).  
• One 30-minute group snorkeling lesson (equipment included, as per schedule).  
• One 30-minute group windsurfing lesson (equipment included, as per schedule). 
• One introductory dive or orientation dive per stay (for certified divers, applicable for stays of 7 nights or more). 
• Free use of Kayaks and Windsurfing equipment (1 hour daily; basic experience required. Glass kayaks not included). 
• Free Yoga Group Sessions, including Asana Yoga and Yoga Nidra (regularly scheduled). 
• Twice-daily boat trips to house reef snorkeling (pre-booking required). 

• Destination dining, in-villa dining, spa treatments for stays of fewer than 4 nights, gift shops, motorized water sports, and excursions. 
• Beverages from In-Villa dining. 
• Beverages not listed above, such as other selections from the wine list.   
• No discounts apply to beverages or supplements (meal plans, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve Gala dinners).

• Food and Beverage is for your own consumption; served one glass at a time, while at the Resort’s Restaurants or Bars. 
• Dine Around Option of a 3-course lunch and 3-course dinner is entitled for guests in every 5-nights in one of the À la carte restaurants (Pre-booking required and subject to space availability). All guests registered in the same villa must be on the “Premium All-Inclusive Package”. 
• Alcoholig beverages will not be served to anyone younger than 18 years of age. 
• Management reserves the right not to serve alcoholic beverages to inebriated guests.  
• The “Premium All-Inclusive Package” is available only for the guest’s entire length of stay. 
• There are no refunds or substitutions, and benefits are not transferable to another guest. 
• For snorkeling related excursions, the minimum age required to participate is 6 years and above. Children below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 
• Jawa Kids Club accepts kids and teenagers aged 4 to 17 years. Children under 4 are welcome when accompanied by a parent, guardian or babysitter (babysitting charges will apply per kid, per hour).

 Check In / Check Out :

• Check in : 14:00hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีที่มีห้องพักว่าง) 
• Check Out : 12:00hrs 
• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่า ระหว่าง 12.00 น. ถึง 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก 
• หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก

• เอกสารประกอบการเดินทาง ใช้หนังสือเดินทางที่เหลืออายุการใช้งาน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน นับจากวันเดินทาง 
• ราคานี้ใช้สำหรับผู้เดินทางพร้อมกันอย่างน้อย 2 ท่านขึ้นไป และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเท่านั้น 
• อัตราค่าบริการคิดำนวณจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาในการกรณีที่มีการประกาศลดค่าเงินบาท หรืออัตราแลกเปลี่ยนได้ปรับขึ้นในช่วงใกล้วันเดินทาง 
• หากท่านถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของประเทศนั้นๆปฏิเสธการเข้า - ออกเมือง ด้วยเหตุผลใดๆก็ตาม ถือเป็นเหตุผลซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนืออำนาจ และความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทฯ ทางบริษัทฯ ของสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่คืนเงินบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด 
• บริษัท ฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่กองตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของไทยงดออกเอกสารเข้าเมืองให้กับชาวต่างชาติ หรือคนต่างด้าวที่พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย อำนาจสิทธิ์ขาดเป็นของกองตรวจคนเข้าเมือง 
• บริษัท ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น การยกเลิกหรือล่าช้าของสายการบิน เรือ รถไฟ อุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การนัดหยุดงาน การจลาจล หรือสิ่งของสูญหายตามสถานที่ต่างๆที่เกิดเหนืออำนาจการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ 
• บริษัท ฯ จะทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนในการเรียกร้องค่าชดใช้จากโรงแรม หรือบริษัทขนส่งเมื่อเกิดการสูญหายของสัมภาระระหว่างการเดินทาง แต่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายดังกล่าว 
• ในระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวนี้ หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถเรียกร้อง ขอคืนค่าบริการได้ 
• บริษัท ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการท่องเที่ยวตามความเหมาะสม และสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทฯ จะยึดถือและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยรวมถึงผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ
