- ราคาข้างต้นคำนวณจากราคา และอัตราภาษีของประเทศมัลดีฟส์ ณ อัตราปัจจุบัน (GST และ ภาษีอื่นๆ) ซึ่งอาจมีการผันแปร หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงของรีสอร์ทได้
การยกเลิก :
- 50 วันก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
- ยกเลิกกะทันหัน หรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้
หมายเหตุ :
- เอกสารประกอบการเดินทาง ใช้หนังสือเดินทางที่เหลืออายุการใช้งาน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน นับจากวันเดินทาง
- ราคานี้ใช้สำหรับผู้เดินทางพร้อมกันอย่างน้อย 2 ท่านขึ้นไป และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเท่านั้น
- อัตราค่าบริการคิดำนวณจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาในการกรณีที่มีการขึ้นราคาตั๋วเครื่องบิน ภาษีเดินทาง ค่าประกันภัย ค่าธรรมเนียมน้ำมัน หรือมีการประกาศลดค่าเงินบาท หรืออัตราแลกเปลี่ยนได้ปรับขึ้นในช่วงใกล้วันที่คณะจะเดินทาง
- หากท่านถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของประเทศนั้นๆปฏิเสธการเข้า - ออกเมือง ด้วยเหตุผลใดๆก็ตาม ถือเป็นเหตุผลซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนืออำนาจ และความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทฯ ทางบริษัทฯ ของสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่คืนเงินบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด
- บริษัท ฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่กองตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของไทยงดออกเอกสารเข้าเมืองให้กับชาวต่างชาติ หรือคนต่างด้าวที่พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย อำนาจสิทธิ์ขาดเป็นของกองตรวจคนเข้าเมือง
- บริษัท ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น การยกเลิกหรือล่าช้าของสายการบิน เรือ รถไฟ อุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การนัดหยุดงาน การจลาจล หรือสิ่งของสูญหายตามสถานที่ต่างๆที่เกิดเหนืออำนาจการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ
- บริษัท ฯ จะทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนในการเรียกร้องค่าชดใช้จากโรงแรม หรือบริษัทขนส่งเมื่อเกิดการสูญหายของสัมภาระระหว่างการเดินทาง แต่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายดังกล่าว
- ในระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวนี้ หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถเรียกร้อง ขอคืนค่าบริการได้
- บริษัท ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการท่องเที่ยวตามความเหมาะสม และสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทฯ จะยึดถือและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยรวมถึงผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ
