- Any charges that are not part of the Premium All Inclusive package, should be paid directly to resort prior
to the departure.
- The management reserves the right not to serve alcoholic beverages to inebriated guests.
- The resort reserves the right to close up to two restaurants throughout the year.
- The resort reserves the right to change the menus at any time without prior notice.

เงื่อนไขการสำรองที่นั่ง :
- กรุณาชำระค่ามัดจำ 50% หรือค่าบริการเต็มจำนวน (ขึ้นอยู่กับระยะเวลากาจอง และโปรโมชั่นที่ทำการจอง ณ ขณะนั้น) หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการจองจากทางบริษัท บิลเลี่ยน เดสติเนชั่น จำกัด ภายใน 7 วัน ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นกับปริมาณการเข้า พักในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว ซึ่งทางบริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธ์ปรับเปลี่ยนตามเงื่อนไขที่ได้รับจากทางรีสอร์ท
- หากทำการจองน้อยกว่า 30 - 45 วัน กรุณาชำระค่าบริการเต็มจำนวนก่อนทำารจอง (ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขการจองและช่วงเดินทาง)
เงื่อนไขการเข้าพัก :
- ช่วงราคาปกติพัก 2 คืน
- ราคานี้เป็นราคาต่อท่าน เดินทางเข้าพัก 2 ท่านต่อห้อง
- ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคา ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีโปรโมชั่นใหม่ไม่สามารถ re-book ได้
- ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบันหากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในอัตราที่สูงขึ้น ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา
- ราคาข้างต้นคำนวณจากราคาและอัตราภาษีของประเทศมัลดีฟส์ ณ อัตราปัจจุบัน (GSTและภาษีอื่น ๆ) ซึ่งอาจจะมีการผันแปรหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรีสอร์ท
การยกเลิก :
- มากกว่า 45 วัน ก่อนการเดินทาง : หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
- ยกเลิกน้อยกว่า 30 วัน ก่อนการเดินทาง : เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
- ยกเลิกกระทันหัน หรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้
- ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิก หรือแก้ไขแพคเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสมโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
หมายเหตุ :
- เอกสารประกอบการเดินทาง ใช้หนังสือเดินทางที่เหลืออายุการใช้งาน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน นับจากวันเดินทาง
- ราคานี้ใช้สำหรับผู้เดินทางพร้อมกันอย่างน้อย 2 ท่านขึ้นไป และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเท่านั้น
- ข้อกำหนดสำหรับการเดินทางโดย Seaplane กระเป๋าเดินทางเช็คอิน มีน้ำหนักไม่เกิน 20 กิโลกรัมต่อท่าน หากน้ำหนักเกินกำหนด จะต้องเสียค่าระวางเพิ่มโดยตรงกับเจ้าหน้าที่สายการบิน
- การเดินทางเข้าสู่รีสอร์ตนี้ต้องเดินทางด้วยเครื่องบินน้ำ (Seaplane) หยุดให้บริการหลังเวลา 15.00 น.
- อัตราค่าบริการคิดำนวณจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาในการกรณีที่มีการประกาศลดค่าเงินบาท หรืออัตราแลกเปลี่ยนได้ปรับขึ้นในช่วงใกล้วันเดินทาง
- หากท่านถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของประเทศนั้นๆปฏิเสธการเข้า - ออกเมือง ด้วยเหตุผลใดๆก็ตาม ถือเป็นเหตุผลซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนืออำนาจ และความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทฯ ทางบริษัทฯ ของสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่คืนเงินบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด
- บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่กองตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของไทยงดออกเอกสารเข้าเมืองให้กับชาวต่างชาติ หรือคนต่างด้าวที่พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย อำนาจสิทธิ์ขาดเป็นของกองตรวจคนเข้าเมือง
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น การยกเลิกหรือล่าช้าของสายการบิน เรือ รถไฟ อุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การนัดหยุดงาน การจลาจล หรือสิ่งของสูญหายตามสถานที่ต่างๆที่เกิดเหนืออำนาจการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ
- บริษัทฯ จะทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนในการเรียกร้องค่าชดใช้จากโรงแรม หรือบริษัทขนส่งเมื่อเกิดการสูญหายของสัมภาระระหว่างการเดินทาง แต่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายดังกล่าว
- ในระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวนี้ หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถเรียกร้อง ขอคืนค่าบริการได้
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการท่องเที่ยวตามความเหมาะสม และสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทฯ จะยึดถือและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยรวมถึงผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ
