การยกเลิก :

- ยกเลิกน้อยกว่า 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง : เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
- ยกเลิกกระทันหัน หรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้
- หากทำการยกเลิกในฤดูกาลท่องเที่ยว (Peak Season) อาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขตามรีสอร์ตกำหนด

- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น การยกเลิกหรือล่าช้าของสายการบิน เรือ รถไฟ อุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การนัดหยุดงาน การจลาจล หรือสิ่งของสูญหายตามสถานที่ต่างๆที่เกิดเหนืออำนาจการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ
- บริษัทฯ จะทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนในการเรียกร้องค่าชดใช้จากโรงแรม หรือบริษัทขนส่งเมื่อเกิดการสูญหายของสัมภาระระหว่างการเดินทาง แต่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายดังกล่าว
- ในระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวนี้ หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถเรียกร้อง ขอคืนค่าบริการได้
