- ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคา ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีโปรโมชั่นใหม่ไม่สามารถ re-book ได้
- ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบันหากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในอัตราที่สูงขึ้น ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา
- ราคาข้างต้นคำนวณจากราคาและอัตราภาษีของประเทศมัลดีฟส์ ณ อัตราปัจจุบัน (GSTและภาษีอื่น ๆ) ซึ่งอาจจะมีการผันแปรหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรีสอร์ท
การยกเลิก :
- มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน
- 45 – 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
- 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาแพ็คเกจที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด
- ยกเลิกกระทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้
- ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทางตามความเหมาะสมโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
REMARK :
- การเดินทางสู่รีสอร์ตนี้ ต้องเดินทางด้วยเครื่องบินน้ำ (Seaplane) *หยุดให้บริการหลังเวลา 15.00 น.
หมายเหตุ :
- ราคานี้ใช้สำหรับผู้เดินทางพร้อมกันอย่างน้อย 2 ท่านขึ้นไป และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเท่านั้น
- เอกสารประกอบการเดินทาง ใช้หนังสือเดินทางที่เหลืออายุการใช้งาน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน นับจากวันเดินทาง
- ราคานี้ใช้สำหรับผู้เดินทางพร้อมกันอย่างน้อย 2 ท่านขึ้นไป และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเท่านั้น
- อัตราค่าบริการคิดำนวณจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาในการกรณีที่มีการประกาศลดค่าเงินบาท หรืออัตราแลกเปลี่ยนได้ปรับขึ้นในช่วงใกล้วันเดินทาง
- หากท่านถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของประเทศนั้นๆปฏิเสธการเข้า - ออกเมือง ด้วยเหตุผลใดๆก็ตาม ถือเป็นเหตุผลซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนืออำนาจ และความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทฯ ทางบริษัทฯ ของสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่คืนเงินบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด
- บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่กองตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของไทยงดออกเอกสารเข้าเมืองให้กับชาวต่างชาติ หรือคนต่างด้าวที่พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย อำนาจสิทธิ์ขาดเป็นของกองตรวจคนเข้าเมือง
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น การยกเลิกหรือล่าช้าของสายการบิน เรือ รถไฟ อุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การนัดหยุดงาน การจลาจล หรือสิ่งของสูญหายตามสถานที่ต่างๆที่เกิดเหนืออำนาจการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ
- บริษัทฯ จะทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนในการเรียกร้องค่าชดใช้จากโรงแรม หรือบริษัทขนส่งเมื่อเกิดการสูญหายของสัมภาระระหว่างการเดินทาง แต่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายดังกล่าว
- ในระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวนี้ หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถเรียกร้อง ขอคืนค่าบริการได้
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการท่องเที่ยวตามความเหมาะสม และสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทฯ จะยึดถือและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยรวมถึงผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ
